Refund policy

For Standard Prints

All sales are final, however if there is a flaw in the printing email a photo and your order number to  info@poppyfieldstudio.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.

If the print is damaged during delivery, please report the damage within 1 week of receiving your damaged print, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee. 

The reprinting fee is $10 per print for standard prints.

 

For Fine Art Prints

All sales are final, however if your order arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing email a photo and your order number to  info@poppyfieldstudio.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
